Hi,
every time I try to delete the "\n"'s in one fo the genomes of the question, by the function that the stuff wrote in the skeleton fyle (remove), Idle just collapse.
for example, it happens for: remove(brucella, "\n").
can you please explain what am I doing wrong, and what is the right way to use this fucntion?

I used the function the same way you did, and it worked just fine (instead of a specific genome name, I used the parameter name).
did you solve the problem?
