Python hash function gives different values in every run.
During the same run the hash function gives "a" the same value but when I run it again and use hash on "a" it gives a different value than the one I got in the previous run. Is this okay? or normal? I checked it on the Internet and apparently it is a known problem with Python 3. Does this problem affect our code in this question?

This is not a problem, and should not affect your code.
